Exchanges
If we do not have the boot in the size you need, you may choose another style. If the price is higher, we will be in contact with you. Items must be returned within 30 days of the date received. To return products, you must use our Help-Contact form located at the bottom right corner of this page.
- Upon receipt of your message with your information:
-Reason
-Exchange the size and/or model that you need.
we will provide you with a return label. If the product(s) are not returned using our shipping label, we will not refund the shipping cost.
- Products must not show any evidence of wear and must be returned with all original tags.
- To ensure that your boots don't show any signs of wear, be sure to walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure they fit properly.
- Avoid any kind of hard flooring as it may scuff the soles of the boots. The product must be in its original packaging and its original shipping box.
- If your items are damaged/defective, please send us an email with pictures of the damage/defect and the soles.
- When you ship the package, send us evidence of the delivery.

- The refund will be reflected in 3 or 6 days to the card that you use to pay.
Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site.
