Returns and Exchanges Policy

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Having second thoughts? Need a different size? No problem, our returns and exchanges are 100% FREE. To ensure your return or exchange is processed smoothly, please make sure your items meet the following criteria:
•        Unworn & Original Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all original tags attached. Items with smoke, tobacco, or perfume odors will not be accepted.
•        Boot/Shoes Try-On: If exchanging boots, please try them on in carpeted areas to avoid any signs of wear.
•        Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging and shipping box.
•        Proof of Delivery: Please send us proof of delivery when you ship the package.
•        Confirmation Email: You will receive an email once we process your return or exchange.

Shop Pay Installments: Exchanges are not available for purchases made with Shop Pay Installments. Please return the item and repurchase the desired size or color.

Exchanges
If you find the size of your product isn't quite right, you can exchange it for a different size. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

How to Exchange:
1)        Visit our Returns & Exchanges Page: Click the link in the header (desktop) or menu (mobile).
2)        Enter Your Order Information: Provide your order number and the email or phone number used for the purchase.
3)        Select Your New Size: Follow the prompts to choose the correct size you need.
4)        Use Our Provided Return Label: We'll provide a prepaid return label. If you use your own label, we cannot refund the shipping cost nor will be responsible if the package doesn't arrive or gets lost.
Important Note: We will ship your new size after we receive and process your returned item, exchanges are typically processed within 3 business days of received your returned item.

Warranty For Damaged Items Due to Defects
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Success team at customersuccess@cuadrashop.com within 90 days of receipt.
You'll be asked to provide photos of the damage. Our team will guide you through the return process and issue a refund to your original payment method.

General Returns (For Non-Defective Items)
If you wish to return an item for any other reason, you must do so within 30 days of receipt.

3)        Select Items & Reason for Return: Follow the prompts to select the items you wish to return and specify the reason.
4)        Use Our Provided Return Label: We'll provide a prepaid return label. If you use your own label, we cannot refund the shipping cost nor will be responsable if the package doesn't arrive or gets lost.
Important Note: Refunds are processed within approximately 3 business days of the receipt of your merchandise and will be reflected in 3-6 business days in your original payment method. If you made your original payment with Shop Pay the refund may take up to 15 days to get reflected.

Return Policy:
Tiendas Cuadra requires that all goods are returned within 14 days of the transaction's date for store credit or exchange. Store credit will be valid for 45 days from the issuance of the receipt. However, customers have a period of 24 hours for full refunds. The refunds will be made with the same payment method that was used at the time of the transaction. Tiendas Cuadra will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition with original tags attached and in its original packaging/boxes and/or any other components included, when accompanied by original Tiendas Cuadra receipt/invoice or gift receipt.

Warranty:
Tiendas Cuadra offers a warranty of 90 days for product malfunctions or manufacturing defects.  This warranty is only valid in the USA. Exchanges or refunds are not available on discounted items.
