Early Bird Promotion – Terms & ConditionsOnline Exclusivity:The Early Bird promotion is valid exclusively on Cuadra’s official online store https://cuadrashop.com/. It does not apply in physical boutiques, authorized retailers, or any other sales channels.
ValidityThis promotion is time-limited and will only be active during the dates communicated for each customer segment.Once the validity period has ended, the benefit cannot be applied retroactively.
Promotion SegmentationEarly Bird benefits are designed for different customer groups, as defined by Cuadra. Each segment will have different access dates for the beginning and end of the promotion. Early access or later access depends solely on the invitation received by the customer (email, SMS, login on site, etc.).
Discounts and BenefitsApplicable discounts will be specified in the official communication (email, SMS, or landing page). Benefits may vary by customer and campaign phase.All discounts are calculated based on the product’s regular price before any other offers or promotions. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, or codes available on the online store.
Product AvailabilityThe promotion applies only to selected products available at the time of purchase. All items are subject to inventory availability. Product restocking is not guaranteed once items are sold out.
ExclusionsGift cards, services, and products marked as “Limited Edition” are excluded from this promotion (unless otherwise stated in the communication).
General ConditionsOrders are subject to the usual payment validation and confirmation processes of the online store. Cuadra reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time due to force majeure or circumstances beyond its control. Participation in the campaign implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Prices and Payment Terms.
(a) All prices posted on this Site are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation e-mail. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes. Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling. All such taxes and charges will be added to your merchandise total and will be itemized in your shopping cart and in your order confirmation e-mail. We are not responsible for pricing, typographical or other errors in any offer by us and we reserve the right to cancel any orders arising from such errors.
(b) Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, payment must be received by us before our acceptance of an order. You represent and warrant that(i) the credit card information you supply to us is true, correct and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes, if any.
